This New Exhilarating Class - Zumba Step - provides a variety of dance and fitness combinations in a fun and innovative way, while providing a challenge for all participants. Zumba combined all the best aspects of a Zumba class, added fitness moves and incorporated Zumba Step variations to provide everyone a fresh perspective on a step class. Zumba Step has three essential elements that, when combined, will provide a fun and effective workout. This class consists of 40% dance moves, 30% fitness moves and 30% fundamental moves.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed.
