Since September 2002, Silhouettes has provided the Rosedale community and surrounding areas with quality fitness programs & services in a spotless, well-maintained facility for women only.

We're Bigger Than We Look!
We have a roomy, 5,000 sq. ft. L-shaped facility, however, the store front is only 20 feet wide. Don't let this fool you! If you look in the club please understand that only the cardio and circuit areas are visible. Our aerobics studio, private changing rooms, rest rooms and weighing/measuring room are all located in the back section of the facility past the archway. They are not visible from the front of the club.
What Makes Us Different? Variety!
Variety means you won't get bored, and your muscles won't either! Silhouettes offers so much more than the typical 30-minute "circuit-only" club. We have group classes, more equipment, more workout options, and a custom meal planning service by certified weight management consultants. We offer all of services of a larger club, but in a smaller, more comfortable women-only environment.
